- Oversee the management of a diverse real estate portfolio, ensuring it meets financial objectives and aligns with the company’s overall vision.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, emerging opportunities, and potential risks in the real estate sector.

Acquisitions and Investments
- Lead the identification, evaluation, and acquisition of properties that meet the company’s investment criteria, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
- Assess and negotiate terms for real estate transactions, ensuring favorable outcomes for the organization.
- Conduct due diligence for prospective acquisitions and developments, including financial analysis, risk assessment, and legal review.

Real Estate Development and Project Oversight
- Oversee real estate development projects, from initial site selection and planning to construction and final delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Work closely with architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure design and construction meet both functional and financial goals.
- Ensure that all development projects comply with zoning, building codes, environmental regulations, and other applicable laws.

- Manage budgets, financial projections, and profitability analysis for real estate projects and investments.
- Evaluate the financial performance of properties using key metrics such as ROI, IRR, Cap Rates, and NOI.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate financial and operational risks associated with real estate investments.

- Cultivate strong relationships with investors, stakeholders, and key clients to ensure continued investment and business growth.
- Lead presentations to potential investors, providing detailed insights into market conditions, investment opportunities, and portfolio performance.
- Represent the company in negotiations with lenders, investors, and other external stakeholders.
